Sub slab Depressurization System:
This is the most common system we offer. We bore a hole in your foundation, remove 5 to 10 gallons of soil from beneath the slab, insert a pipe in the hole that's connected to a fan on the outside of the home.
Sub membrane Depressurization System:
This system is used when a home has a crawl space that has a dirt floor. We install perforated pipe under a fully encapsulated crawlspace using 6mil plastic. The perforated pipe is connected to the sub slab depressurization system and both systems are exhausted out the rim joist of the home and above the roofline.
Exterior sub slab depressurization system:
This system is used mainly in homes without a basement. We access the homes sub slab from the exterior of the home by boring a hole in the side of the home below the concrete slab. We remove soil and install the pipe directly into the foundation from the exterior of the home and exhaust the pipe above the roofline.
